PRiority is a platform that facilitates funding for GitHub issue resolution. Our services include:

For Issue Funders (Users who pay to prioritize issues):

  • AI-powered complexity and cost estimation for GitHub issues
  • Secure payment processing via Stripe
  • Progress tracking and status updates
  • Direct funding of open source or private repository issues

For Repository Maintainers:

  • Automated funding collection for issues
  • AI assistance for issue implementation (optional)
  • Payment distribution to contributors
  • Priority queue management

Pricing Structure

Issue Funding Costs:

  • Funding Amount: User-determined based on AI estimation or custom amount
  • Platform Fee: 10% of funded amount (covers AI costs and platform operations)
  • Payment Processing: Standard Stripe fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30)

Example: $100 issue funding = $100 to issue + $10 platform fee + ~$3.50 payment processing

Subscription Tiers (for Repository Owners):

  • Free: Public repos, basic features, community support
  • Starter ($29/month): Up to 3 private repos, priority support
  • Pro ($99/month): Unlimited private repos, advanced analytics
  • Enterprise (Custom): Custom features, SLA, dedicated support

All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit Cards
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Bank transfers (where available)
  • Other regional payment methods as supported by Stripe

Payment Period

Payment is processed immediately upon confirmation of funding request. Services commence upon successful payment processing.

Service Delivery

Delivery Timeline:

  • Issue estimation: Within 24 hours
  • Work commencement: Immediately upon funding confirmation
  • Issue resolution: As estimated by AI (typically 1-30 days depending on complexity)

Delivery is completed digitally through GitHub platform integration.

Payment processing fees are handled by Stripe and may apply according to their standard rates. Any additional fees will be clearly disclosed before payment confirmation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Important Refund Information

Refund eligibility depends on the status of the funded issue and work progress.

For Issue Funding:

Full Refund Available When:

  • No contributor has claimed the issue within 7 days
  • Work has not commenced within 48 hours of being claimed
  • The repository owner cancels the issue before work begins
  • Technical issues prevent issue processing

Partial Refund May Be Available When:

  • Work is incomplete after 30 days (prorated based on completion)
  • Delivered solution doesn't meet specified requirements
  • Mutual agreement between funder and maintainer

No Refund When:

  • Work has been completed and pull request merged
  • Solution meets requirements but funder changes mind
  • Issue scope was unclear and work matches reasonable interpretation

For Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime, effective at end of billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase

Refund Process:

  1. Submit request via email with issue URL and reason
  2. Review completed within 3 business days
  3. If approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days
  4. Refunds issued to original payment method

Liability and Warranties

Services are provided "as is" with reasonable effort guarantees. We are not liable for:

  • Issues beyond the scope of the original request
  • Compatibility issues with third-party software
  • Damages resulting from customer's use of delivered solutions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

Code and solutions delivered become part of the respective open source projects under their existing licenses. PRiority retains no ownership rights to delivered code.

Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal and payment data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
